At Naturalcandle, we stand behind the quality of our blinds and curtains. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Standard Returns

For standard, non-custom items purchased from our collection:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Original tags and labels must be attached
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Custom Order Policy

Because custom blinds and curtains are made specifically to your measurements and specifications, our policy for custom orders differs:

  • Custom orders cannot be returned for change of mind
  • We will remake or repair any custom item with manufacturing defects at no charge
  • If we made an error in production, we will correct it or provide a full refund
  • Please verify all measurements before confirming your custom order

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photos of the defect for our quality team to review
  • We will arrange for replacement or repair at no cost
  • Return shipping for defective items is covered by us

Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange a standard item:

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange
  • Return the original item in its unused condition
  • Once received, we will process your new order
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Return Shipping

For returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Items damaged in return transit may not qualify for a full refund
  • We provide prepaid return labels for defective products

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made blinds and curtains (unless defective)
  • Items that have been installed or altered
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Fabric samples (samples are non-refundable)
